What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase from The Invite. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we gladly accept:
- Returns within 30 days of delivery
- Exchanges within 30 days of delivery
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Please note:
- Vintage items are final sale and not eligible
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on all returns and exchanges.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on vintage items.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at hello@shoptheinvite.com to initiate a return.
Please include your order # from your order confirmation email as well as the item you are are returning.
To be eligible for a return all items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and tags attached.
As a reminder we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
Processing Time & Shipping
Orders are typically shipped on Monday and Thursday.
You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it’s on the way.

We’re proudly based online only, which allows us to focus on curating an elevated, seamless shopping experience wherever you are. That said, we love connecting in real life too. Follow us on social for updates on upcoming pop-ups and local events—we’d love to see you there!
